One PhD position and one MSc position are currently available in the lab, to characterize the molecular diversity and the temporal dynamics of cortical astrocyte maturation during development.  The lab is based at the Centre Medical Universitaire (CMU) in the city center of Geneva. The PhD candidate will be enrolled in the Lemanic Neuroscience Doctoral School (LNDS), while the MSc candidate in the Master in Neuroscience at University of Geneva.

Qualifications:

• Appropriate university degree (MSc or BSc) in related field.

• Strong background in molecular and cell biology. Neuroscience is a plus.

• Experience with single cell RNA sequencing analysis is preferred.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as communication skills in English.
